A Wonderful Day

I am so blessed! My daughter Megan came over and picked me up for a mom daughter day. We went shopping and she bought me a nice (in style) pair of jeans and a cute top. Then we were off for a haircut. I haven't had my hair cut in almost a year. It was so long I had been keeping it in a ponytail to stay out of my face. I told the stylist to have her way and cut it anyway she wished. I love it! Not only do I feel 5lbs lighter getting the weight of that long hair off I look so much better! My granddaughter Raigun saw me and said "Grandma you look so much better". LOL She keeps coming in the room and telling me how much she loves my haircut. The other grands say I look years younger so guess I meet their approval too. We also went out to lunch and walked around a antique mall. It was so nice to spend time with my daughter and the other things were just extra blessings. Felt so good enjoying the day and not worrying about things for a little while. Tonight the grands and I have a date for a board game of Life. I am overflowing with blessings today! I have faith that God has a reason for things happening. Its a blessing having your friendship and prayers.
