The Last of Fall Color

On the way home from cleaning a house I decided to snap a few pictures of the fall colors before they are all gone. Rusty enjoys visiting his former owner and 4 legged buddies while I clean but his favorite thing is going for a ride. He thinks each time a car door opens its for him and that no matter how cold or wet the window should be down.

We drove by the molar roller at the school but I will get a better photo next Wednesday when I take Julie for her last appointment.

I made the mistake of forgetting to hang up my jacket. Rusty wanted to take a nap and let me know my jacket didn't belong on the bed and needed to be hung up. Photos are blurry as he was really trying his best to toss my jacket off the bed.

Beautiful Gift from a Beautiful Friend

The mailman pulled up today with a package for Rusty and I. Mildred and Harriet sent us a adorable fall pumpkin door hanger along with some doggie biscuits for Rusty and a beautiful card for both of us. Thank you Mildred and Harriet! We love the gifts but most of all we are blessed to have you as our friend. As you can tell the door hanging matches my doormat perfectly!

Hello Fall

What a difference in the weather! windows and door open during the day. A light jacket during the evening. Windows and door closed and snuggled under a quilt for the night. I love it! Actually I would prefer winter but fall is my next favorite season. Still weeks to go before the trees are changing into their beautiful colors but I will enjoy every day until they do.
