Snow and Ice
is heading our way. For the next few days we are suppose to get snow, sleet, freezing rain and can you believe the weatherman even said hail! Strange weather but am looking forward to it. Have did my grocery shopping to get supplies in for Rusty, Troubles and I. Did the last house cleaning job for the week today so I don't have to go out. Am doing laundry now and borrowing some movies from Melody so I will be all set for the next few days. Rusty won't be happy going outside but I plan on taking lots of walks. Megan and family have tickets to go to see the Carolina Panthers play this weekend so hope the roads are clear for them to get there and back home. The grandson is very excited about going to see them play in person. We have had some very cold temps but the cabin is staying warm. I just love winter. Thank you Jenny for the 2 embroidery kits. I have some very nice projects to sew and keep my hands busy while Mother Nature has her fun outdoors. I wish each of you a very blessed and peaceful New Year full of love and laughter. Thank you for sharing 2009 with me. See you next year!

Beautiful snow picture of the mountains in your header, Peggy... I love the snowflake look and color to your blog now. I assume that your computer/server is still out... I hope you can get it fixed soon so that we can see your Christmas pictures...
Have a nice week--and enjoy that snow (if you get it). We will probably just get rain --or nothing here.. Sigh!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
I'm glad you got the kits Peggy and I hope they are some use to you. You can see I got all ready but to no avail!! I love the mouse picture so I hope you enjoy it too.
I hope the weather will provide you with some beautiful pictures and nature walks Peggy. (but no dangerous road conditions) Sounds like you and the pets are all ready to be cozy and content in the cabin. May God bless you in the New Year.
We're suppose to get the same weather.
Stay warm ! And enjoy!
Happy New Year!
Blessins',Lib
Happy New Year Peggy! Stay warm and stay safe these coming days.
That is a beautiful picture you have on the top Peggy! I don't go out in snow and ice either unless I have too... we have a lot of snow at the moment. It's beautiful to look at, but I will be glad when it is gone! I'm going to post some pictures of it today in my blog. Some years we get a lot and other years we basically get none...
Hope you don't get ice. It's so much worse than snow.
Happy New Year Peggy!!!
How exciting to see the Carolina Panthers play...our house is full of Bear fans (hubby is a Chicago native.) We are expecting 12-inches of snow today......I see a snow shovel in my future.......
