Count Your Blessings Monday

Its time to join Marci in counting our blessings. What is your favorite blessing?
Today I am thankful for the blessing of memories. Megan has a friend visiting for a few days. They went to school together and hadn't seen each other in over 11 years. I was invited to have dinner with them last night. What a blessing to talk with Carol and Megan and laugh about their school day adventures. Carol was at our home alot in those days so there were lots of memories flooding back as we talked. What a precious blessing being able to store such wonderful memories and bring them out to enjoy anytime we choose.

Renewed friendships are great, aren't they? It's as though no amount of time has passed and we just pick up where we left off. So happy to hear you all had dinner together. Hope you have a good week.

That really is a blessing. I hug the memories of my Mom close to me.

I give thanks today for the blessing of knowing how to help Terry's health. We have struggled for 38 years tying to help my husband feel better. This year, in February, we found out Terry has Celiac's Disease. Now we know, now we can do things and at 65 years of age he is feeling almost 100% better!

My childhood friends and I have that special relationship, Peggy.. Our memories are similar --and it's so much fun (when we get together) to rehash all of those memories. VERY special...

I am thankful for memories also.
Hugs,
Betsy

I have found as I get older it is such a blessing to chat about memories. There is a special place in our hearts that seems to awaken.

Peggy,

I'm glad you had a good time with the girls. It's always nice to look back at things. Memory is a definite blessing. I tend to remember the good and forget the bad. I'm glad I was made that way. I'm very thankful for my blessings and one of those blessings is your friendship.

Blessings,
Mary
