Yucky Day

Granddaughter H has inflamed ribs. She has  a lot of pain but taking her meds and staying in bed. Grandson Q is home with a stomach bug. While everyone was outside building a snowman last night he was hugging the bathroom throne. He is feeling some better today. Baby E brother "J" spent the night with Megan's family last night. I had fun playing with him and hearing that adorable laugh. We had a few inches of snow last night but its raining now. Suppose to be more snow tonight and in the morning.... I hope so! The road will probably flood today as its been raining hard. Mixed with all the snow that melted from last week the road will be a mess. Thankfully I have no where I have to go and can just sit back in the tiny cabin and enjoy the weekend. Hope you are staying warm, dry and safe. Have a blessed weekend! Leaving you with a few photos from Christmas.

Hi Peggy, I love the music playing (I have somebody with me) - very beautiful. So sorry the grands are having pain/sickness. We are having the heavy rain/wind too. It is a good weekend to enjoy being inside with our pets for sure. You take care and stay warm and cozy.

It's wonderful to hear about people getting out in the snow. We have not had very much this winter, certainly not enough to build a snow person.

Sorry about your rain, Peggy. We got NO snow this time--but we may get some tonight and tomorrow... I don't think we'll get much though.

Sorry to hear about all of the sickness in the family. Winter is hard on children (and adults)...

Love the pictures.

Hope you enjoy your weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

I am so glad that you can stay in and warm. We havent had snow at all. I feel cheated, sad, and just plain unhappy with this. We too got rain and it made a mess. What's with that? Hopefully everyone will feel better soon. Once the weather gets nicer everyone can go outside and let the germs that a hiatis.

It is a muddy, mucky mess here. No snow just LOTS of rain.

Enjoy the pretty white stuff for me:-)
